These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Start Sell Media website at startsellmedia.co.uk and the video production services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Start Sell Media provides AI-powered video production services, primarily vertical video advertisements optimised for TikTok and Meta platforms. Our services are provided on a monthly retainer basis under the plans described on our pricing page.
Service delivery timelines, revision entitlements, and scope are defined in the plan you select at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update our service offerings and pricing with reasonable notice.
All retainer plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the subscription start date and on the same date each subsequent month. We accept major credit and debit cards and may offer additional payment methods.
Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied where required by applicable law.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and allow a grace period to resolve the issue. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
You may cancel your retainer at any time with no penalty. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period once work has commenced.
If no work has commenced in a billing cycle, please contact us within 48 hours of the billing date to discuss a refund at our discretion.
Upon receipt of full payment for a given month, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the video content produced for you during that period for advertising and marketing purposes.
You must provide us with any brand assets, product images, and reference materials required to produce your videos. You warrant that you have the right to use and share any assets you provide to us, and that using them does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
We retain the right to display completed work (with your permission) as part of our portfolio and marketing materials. You may opt out of this by notifying us in writing.
You agree not to use our services to produce content that:
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if we reasonably believe your requested content violates these restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start Sell Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or advertising performance outcomes.
We do not guarantee specific advertising results. Video performance is dependent on factors outside our control including platform algorithms, targeting, budget, and market conditions.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
